Our dedicated advocates can offer you: Support to understand your rights and options and express your views One-to-on advocacy work to resolve the matters that you are concerned about Information and referrals to more appropriate services that can support you to achieve positive outcomes, including legal services Self-advocacy training to develop self-confidence and self-determination to stand up for your rights ​

We provide individual advocacy on a range of areas, including but not limited to: Education Housing Financial matters Employment or training Health Transport Sport or recreation access Neglect or abuse and many others

We also assist clients with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) matters. Our NDIS advocacy includes: Support with planning: clarifying goals, understanding needs and identifying gaps in support services Support with implementation: finding the right service provider and coordinating your plan's support services Assistance with appeals both at internal review and Administrative Appeals Tribunal external review
